A 30-year-old patient who had previously undergone surgery at another hospital during childbirth, where due to heavy bleeding she underwent a subtotal hysterectomy (the body of the uterus was removed, but the cervix was left). Postpartum (after childbirth) the patient came to our hospital due to severe pain, where a large retroperitoneal hematoma was diagnosed, which at that time we treated conservatively - without surgical intervention.
