Në kuadër të laboratorit për diagnostifikim molekular, funksionon edhe qendra COVID në të cilën bëhet analiza për zbulimin e SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19, e njohur dhe e aprovuar nga Ministria e Shëndetësisë e Republikës së Maqedonisë së Veriut dhe Organizata Botërore e Shëndetësisë (OBSH). ).
