Private Hospital for Gynaecology and Obstetrics “Plodnost” performs specialist consultative and hospital healthcare activities in the field of gynaecology and obstetrics, in accordance with Decision No. 10-5308/10, issued by the Ministry of Health and valid until 04 November 2011.
The hospital has a professional governing body composed of the Director and the heads of departments. For specific tasks, the Director may establish commissions and other working bodies.

All healthcare services are delivered by highly educated and specialised staff:
Additional staff perform technical and support activities within the hospital, bringing the total number of non-medical and technical personnel to 35 employees.
Hospital Plodnost operates on a 24-hour basis, seven days a week, organised through shift work.
An internal On-call Availability Act is in place for healthcare professionals and associates, requiring availability by telephone during daytime and night-time hours. The maximum acceptable response time for arrival at the workplace is 30 minutes.
Inpatient capacity
The hospital capacity is fully utilised throughout the year, including all 24 single-bed hospital rooms, one apartment with two beds, two day-hospital units each equipped with six beds, and one intensive treatment unit equipped with seven beds.
Clinical and surgical facilities
The hospital operates two fully equipped operating theatres, an intensive care and resuscitation unit with central monitoring, and dedicated delivery rooms that are fully operational. Neonatal care facilities include incubators and a newborn reception area, ensuring continuous care for newborns.
IVF and specialised units
The IVF department includes specialised rooms for fertilisation procedures, designed to support assisted human reproduction in accordance with applicable standards.
Outpatient, diagnostic and support services
Specialist outpatient consultations are provided through multiple gynaecological and obstetric consulting rooms supported by nursing facilities. Diagnostic and support services include radiological diagnostics, haematology and biochemistry laboratories, a molecular laboratory, a hospital pharmacy, a day hospital unit with examination and intervention rooms, as well as additional ancillary and technical facilities necessary for continuous hospital operation.
