Total laparoscopic hysterectomies for patients with symptomatic fibroids and adnexal formations

Excision of endometriotic nodules in the rectovaginal space

1 hysteroscopy, performed due to endometrial polyp and abnormal uterine bleeding

2 total abdominal hysterectomies, performed in cases where laparoscopic access was not indicated
All patients had stable postoperative status the same day, reflecting the effectiveness of modern laparoscopy and the coordination of our experienced surgical team.
Case of the week
One of the most significant cases was a total laparoscopic hysterectomy on a patient with more than 10 fibroids and an enlarged uterus. The operation was performed without an open incision, and the patient was mobilised and stable within hours. This is a clear demonstration of our laparoscopic precision and experience in handling complex gynaecological cases.
