The 500th baby born in 2025

Every birth at Plodnost Hospital is a moment of joy and hope, but today we celebrate a milestone – the birth of the 500th baby in 2025. Baby Maria was born naturally at 12:38 PM, weighing 3,532 grams and measuring 50 centimetres.
Her parents chose the name Maria in honour of tomorrow’s important Christian holiday – the Assumption of the Virgin Mary – adding even more meaning and emotion to this special occasion.
