Successfully performed Myomectomy on deep intramural myom

Successfully performed Myomectomy on deep intramural myom on the patient with three previous spontaneous abortions.
In this patient, the fibroid was likely the main cause of the spontaneous abortions. It extended along the posterior wall of the uterus and partially penetrated the uterine cavity.
Using a 3D laparoscopic technique, we removed the fibroid and then carefully reconstructed the uterus in three layers to preserve its function.
