At Plodnost Hospital, every success story is a reminder that science and care, when combined at the right time, can create miracles. Today, we share three inspiring IVF journeys—three women, three distinct diagnoses, and one extraordinary outcome: twin pregnancies.

1️⃣ Age 27 | 3 Years Married | Male Factor Infertility | ICSI + Time-Lapse
A 27-year-old patient, after three years of trying to conceive, was diagnosed with male factor infertility. Our embryology team implemented a combination of ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) and Time-Lapse embryoscopy, a technology that allows continuous embryo monitoring in a highly controlled environment. This precise approach resulted in a successful twin pregnancy, proving that individualised treatment always brings the best results.

2️⃣ Age 31 | 2 Years Married | Severe Male Factor | IMZI + ICSI + Time-Lapse
This 31-year-old patient came to us after only two years of marriage, but with a severe male factor diagnosis. We applied the IMZI (Intracytoplasmic Morphologically Selected Sperm Injection) method, combined with ICSI and our unique Time-Lapse incubator, which is the only one of its kind in the country. The outcome? Another healthy twin pregnancy, made possible through the power of modern embryology.

3️⃣ Age 31 | 3 Years Married | Tubal Factor | First IVF Cycle
Not all success stories take multiple attempts. This patient, age 31, had been trying to conceive for three years with no success due to a tubal factor. We decided to go directly to IVF after a detailed evaluation. With careful preparation, the first IVF cycle was enough to achieve a twin pregnancy.

✨ Each of these stories is a testament to how tailored IVF protocols, advanced embryology (ICSI, IMZI, Time-Lapse), and timely decisions can overcome even the most complex diagnoses.
