IVF Baby Boom: Three More Journeys, Three Twin Pregnancies
At Plodnost Hospital, every IVF success represents more than just a clinical result – it’s a deeply human story of resilience, precision medicine, and new beginnings. In this second part of our twin pregnancy series, we share three remarkable journeys that highlight the impact of customised protocols, second attempts, and advanced technologies like Time-Lapse embryoscopy.
1️⃣ Age 25 | 1.5 Years Married | Male Factor Infertility + Low AMH (0.3) | 2nd IVF | TWINS
This young woman came to us with extremely challenging conditions: a severe male factor infertility diagnosis and a critically low AMH of 0.3. Her first IVF cycle elsewhere had failed. At Plodnost, we carefully prepared her second cycle using vitrified blastocysts, a high-progestin protocol, and precise cycle synchronisation.
✅ The outcome: a healthy twin pregnancy – proof that even the most complex cases can succeed with the right team and timing.

2️⃣ Age 30 | 4 Years Married | Previous IVF Baby | 2nd IVF | TWINS
This patient already had a child conceived through IVF at Plodnost. Now, returning for a second cycle, we used frozen blastocysts and embryoscopy to monitor embryo development closely. Although she still faced male factor infertility, the method proved successful once again.
👶👶 This time, it’s twins – a joyful expansion of her IVF success story.

3️⃣ Age 37 | 5 Years Married | Donor Sperm | 2nd IVF | Time-Lapse | TWINS
For this patient, infertility was due to a non-resolvable male factor, and she opted for donor sperm. The first IVF attempt was unsuccessful. During her second cycle at Plodnost, we used blastocyst-stage embryos and our exclusive Time-Lapse embryoscope, the only one of its kind in North Macedonia.
💛 The result: a twin pregnancy and a powerful reminder that success is still possible after a failed cycle when science meets hope.

We thank each patient for trusting us with their journeys and for allowing us to share their stories.
