A 38-year-old patient with a very low ovarian reserve(AMH 0.2), normal according to our reference values (4-6.8), after two unsuccessful attempts, entrusted her hope to us again. On the second IVF fertilization that was made possible with the support of the HZOM, we have a twin pregnancy.
