Ky ekzaminim kryhet nga specialist\u00eb t\u00eb kualifikuar t\u00eb Obstetrik\u00ebs dhe Gjinekologjis\u00eb (Mjek\u00ebsia Fetale) ose kardiolog\u00eb pediat\u00ebr duke p\u00ebrdorur teknologji t\u00eb avancuar t\u00eb ultraz\u00ebrit dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsor p\u00ebr zbulimin e hersh\u00ebm t\u00eb defekteve t\u00eb lindura t\u00eb zemr\u00ebs (CHD). CHD-t\u00eb jan\u00eb nd\u00ebr anomalit\u00eb strukturore m\u00eb t\u00eb zakonshme fetale, q\u00eb shfaqen n\u00eb 8 deri n\u00eb 12 p\u00ebr 1000 lindje t\u00eb gjalla. P\u00ebraf\u00ebrsisht gjysma e k\u00ebtyre defekteve jan\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, duke paraqitur rreziqe t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn dhe shpesh k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje kirurgjikale pas lindjes. Incidenca e CHD-ve gjat\u00eb jet\u00ebs prenatale \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e lart\u00eb, me nj\u00eb fetus q\u00eb ka 5 deri n\u00eb 6 her\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb gjasa t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb malformacion t\u00eb zemr\u00ebs sesa sindrom\u00ebn Down. fetale transvaginale ofron rezolucion dhe cil\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb imazhit.<\/li>\n<li>Ekokardiografia fetale e hershme n\u00eb 12-13+6 jav\u00eb rekomandohet p\u00ebr shtatz\u00ebni me rrezik t\u00eb lart\u00eb, si ato me histori familjare t\u00eb defekteve t\u00eb lindura t\u00eb zemr\u00ebs, diabet gestacional, ose ekspozim ndaj teratogjen\u00ebve<\/li>\n<li>Shtimi i transparenc\u00ebs nuqale t\u00eb fetusit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr tregues p\u00ebr ekokardiografi fetale t\u00eb hershme.<\/li>\n<li>Ekzaminimi mund t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb gjithashtu qet\u00ebsim t\u00eb hersh\u00ebm p\u00ebr prind\u00ebrit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V\u00ebmendje: P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs
